Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of delnink.com and to any contribution you make through our crowdfunding campaign. They are entered into by S.G.T. Delnoij, trading as DELNINK, registered at De Bockhofweg 15, 6333 AZ Schimmert, the Netherlands, KVK number 42043843, VAT number NL005452652B57 ("Delnink", "we", "us"). By using this site or backing our campaign, you agree to these terms.

Delnink is currently in development and is being funded through crowdfunding. A contribution is not a guaranteed pre-order: it supports the tooling and first production run of the product. Product specifications, design, pricing, and timelines may change as development continues, and we will communicate significant changes to backers.

We aim to deliver as described on this site, but as with any hardware project, delays can happen. We'll keep backers updated on progress and expected timing.

Each contribution tier earns a discount code equal in percentage to the amount contributed (for example, a €20 contribution earns a code for 20% off). Codes are issued after your order is confirmed, are personal to you, may not be resold or transferred, have no cash value, and are redeemable against the retail price of Delnink once the product is available to order. Codes may carry a reasonable expiry date, which we will communicate at issuance.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We do not store your full payment details. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You can request a full refund of your contribution at any time before production begins. Once production has started, contributions can no longer be refunded. We will email all backers in advance of that cut-off so you know exactly when it's reached. To request a refund before then, contact us at DELNINK.public@outlook.com

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory right of withdrawal you may have under Dutch or EU consumer law.

The Delnink name, logo, product design, and all content on this site are the property of S.G.T. Delnoij, trading as DELNINK, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, Delnink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or participation in the crowdfunding campaign. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Dutch or EU law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Limburg, the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as the campaign or product develops. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
